Now in its fifteenth year, the Benefits Survey of Hospitals provides crucial benchmarking and trend information that hospital executives need to manage their employer-sponsored health plans. This year’s survey highlights shifting strategic benefits and wellbeing priorities in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The 2020 survey covers the entire United States and provides key findings for 130 health systems, representing over 1,000 hospitals and 2.2+ million employees.
