Work Experience: Developing Insight Through Neurotechnology

Attendees at the June 2024 meeting of the Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience Institute Canada in Whistler, B.C., were invited to participate in a survey designed to demonstrate Neurotech®, an engine that powers Aon’s Reflection platform. Neurotech® combines neuroscience with technology to help people better understand what they think and feel about a range of subjects that impact their work experience. Neurotech measures both what people think and what they feel, which are often very different things. For human resource professionals, neurotech helps to better understand employees and leaders with the end goal of using that knowledge to create a more meaningful experience in the workplace.
