Aon is pleased to present the results of its midyear 2020 survey of leading healthcare carriers in the U.S. The survey was conducted August-September 2020, after the initial emergence of the coronavirus (COVID-19) in the U.S.
Responses were collected from 44 national and regional carriers that offer medical, prescription drug, dental, and/or vision benefits.
The survey responses reflect the carriers’ predicted increase in claims costs (net of COVID-19 impacts) for renewals occurring anywhere from July 1, 2020, through June 30, 2021, and are intended to assist in evaluating insurance premium renewals.
