D&O Quarterly Pricing Index - Third Quarter 2020

Each quarter, Aon's Financial Services Group ("FSG") publishes a pricing index of D&O insurance that tracks premium changes relative to the base year of 2001.

The Aon's Financial Services Group has published the third quarter edition of the Aon D&O Pricing Index. The Pricing Index increased to 1.88 from 1.12 in the prior year quarter. The average cost of $1 million in limits increased 67.9 percent compared to the prior year quarter.
