2022 Benefits Survey of Hospitals

In our recent webinar, we outlined how you can participate in the Benefits Survey of Hospitals, as well as an overview of topics that will be covered in the 2022 survey based on emerging trends impacting hospital employers. Some of these topics include human capital and benefits strategies to attract and retain talent, strategies to support wellbeing and diversity, equity, and inclusion and tactics to increase domestic utilization.

We also touched on Aon’s 2021 survey results that highlighted shifting strategic benefit and wellbeing priorities in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, which included responses from hospitals across the United States for 150 health systems, representing over 1,150 hospitals and 2.4+ million employees.
