Rising to the challenge of Inclusion and Diversity in benefits and retirement programs

According to Aon’s 2021 Inclusion and Diversity Survey, nearly 90% of Canadian employers have begun to establish I&D objectives and policies to promote a high performance workplace culture that is respectful, empowering, aware and supportive of the unique contributions of all employees. Yet the Aon survey also found a gap between goals and actions in at least one important area: while they have prioritized Inclusion and Diversity, many organizations are struggling with how to make these principles a tangible part of their benefit and retirement programs – and few have taken steps to promote I&D within them.

This webinar discusses the results of our survey, Inclusion and Diversity Through the Lens of Benefits and Retirement, and share insights and best practices for ensuring that your organization’s benefits and retirement programs incorporate I&D principles and fully harness their potential.
